PARDUS combines advanced molding technologies and premium Toray carbon fibers to develop ultra-light, high-performance bicycle components with an ideal balance of stiffness, strength, durability, and comfort. Through innovative manufacturing processes and the use of high-end carbon materials, PARDUS optimizes weight reduction, structural precision, and riding efficiency for demanding cyclists.
EXPANDED
POLYSTYRENE + LATEX
EPS+ is PARDUS’s flagship technology. By adding a latex coating to the EPS core, it creates an ultra-smooth inner wall, ensuring precise layering, minimal excess resin, and optimal control of weight, strength, and stiffness.
EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE
EPS is PARDUS’s advanced technology, which uses a heat-shrinkable polystyrene core for precise fiber placement, optimized wall thickness, and reduced weight while maintaining strength. It eliminates segmented layering and plastic air tubes.
HIGH PRESSURE TUBE
HPT is PARDUS’s primary molding technology, which uses a plastic air tube inside the uncured composite shell. High-pressure gas (up to 9 bar / 130 PSI) expands the tube, ensuring precise shaping, compact fiber layering, and optimal resin removal for ideal density.
ULTRA HIGH MODULUS &
STRENGTH CARBON FIBER
Thanks to the use of ultra-advanced fibers such as Toray T1100, PARDUS achieves exceptional levels of tensile strength (120% higher than T800) and elastic modulus (179% higher than M40J). UHMS materials minimize weight while ensuring stiffness and strength for ultra-light products.

PARDUS uses high-modulus Toray fibers such as M40J and M30S, which offer an ideal balance of stiffness, strength, and weight. HMS materials optimize local rigidity, enhancing pedaling efficiency for high-performance cyclists.
